These terms cover the websites and internal tools operated by Granada House LLC (“Granada House”, “we”), San Diego, California — including Granada House Studio, our internal content-scheduling tool that publishes Granada House’s own educational content to social media accounts owned and operated by our team.

Granada House Studio is not offered to the public. It does not accept third-party users, does not post on behalf of anyone outside our organization, and does not collect content from other users of any platform.

Educational content we publish is general information, not financial, legal, or lending advice. Mortgage services are provided by licensed loan originators; nothing we post is a loan offer or a commitment to lend.
