Granada House Studio

Granada House Studio is the internal content tool used by Granada House LLC to schedule and publish our own educational homebuying videos to the social accounts we own.

Our team records short educational videos about the homebuying process. Studio is where we review each one, approve it, schedule it to a time slot, and publish it to our own TikTok accounts through the TikTok Content Posting API. Staff sign in with their Granada House email; there are no public accounts and no user-generated content.

How we use TikTok’s API

• Login Kit — so a Granada House staff member can connect one of our own TikTok accounts to Studio.
• Content Posting API — to upload and publish approved videos from our scheduling queue to those same accounts.

We only ever connect accounts Granada House owns. We do not access other creators’ content, collect data about TikTok users, or use platform data for advertising or profiling.
